Off Topic Horn beeps when stopping

Ok guys my buddy has 2008 Mustang Cobra when he got it i told him he should get an S2K but he didnt listen. So his current issue is when he comes to a stop the horn beeps. His mustang forums havent returned any answers i figured I'd tap the knowledge of our community and see what we come up with

Contact pad is hitting the ground? How sensitive is the horn when pushing?

As above or possibly spring in horn relay broken -- eh, probably not since if it was, the horn would not shut off once actuated. Situation is pretty funny though. Roll up behind some guy in traffic and BEEEEEEEEEP!. Guy in front of you has to brake a little hard for some reason and the guy behind goes BEEEEEEEEP!
