Is this placed between your breather and intake or the pcv valve?

Yes long story short they do work. Ive had one that i made on my car almost 2 years now. No more grime and build up from oil on the throttle body or inside the intake manifold or any of that. Plus no oil or hot blow by air entering the combustion chamber and lowering the power output.

I have been seriously thinking about doing this as well however I am still torn between this or throwing on an AP2 valve cover with the better PCV. I have not received enough guaranteed feedback though about the new valve cover.

IMO the picture above speak for itself. The hole setup is around 50$... well invested if you ask me.

I have the DIY catch can too. Imo it doesnt reduce oil consumption at all (since the oil still gets out) and my car still occasionally will burn oil but it burns it a lot less and car plugs are much cleaner after I did the mod. The car still burns oil on deacceleration in gear when it pulls major vacuum through the cylinders, especially when its not fully warmed.
