Default Oil Change

Im about due for my first oil change, since i bought the car. I was thinking about taking the car to the dealer to get it serviced, but i was also thinking about doing the oil change and etc myself. I was thinking about using MobleOne. What is recommended for the car. 5w30 or 10w30? just wanna get some opinions, thats all. thanks!

check the oil journals

try using search function, sometimes it works.

have at least 10,000 miles before using synthetic, but i'm assuming your car does already.

Besides this, I would STRONGLY advise you to read the owner's manual. The answer to these questions would have been found there. It also gives you recommendations on how to break in the engine and drivetrain, when to change oil, what type and viscosity to use - the whole nine yards. It will also answer many other questions that you may have before you even think about asking them.

Great Choice. All I use is Mobil 1 but Redline would be the alternative if I didn't have Mobil 1.

id go with the redline, but have heard that its make up burns off a little causeing low oil levels.

Mobil 1 shears off and has higher consumption rates in Honda motors than any other synthetic I've seen.

Do a test for yourself if your F20 or F22 is consuming oil. I guarantee it will eat more Mobil than Redline.
