what do u guys recommend??

And How much does it take? 4 ~5 Quarts?

I run Pennzoil Platinum 5-30 and use Purolator Pure One Filters in ALL my cars.My 03S takes the PL14459 Filter.

With filter=5 qts.

do you have an owners manual?

10w30 or 5w40.

you'll need more than 5 quarts, so buy 6 quarts and use the 6th bottle to top off depending on how much you need.

also, it is highly recommended and backed up with supporting evidence on this forum, that your safe and reliable filter is the oem honda pcx filter.

as for oil brands, synthetic is very popular for this car, but not necessary. synthetic brands used are amsoil, castrol syntec, castrol edge, hell most synthetics will be good, but mobil 1 has a reputation to be consumed more by the engine.

as for conventional oils, castrol gtx is good, most will be fine if you change it on a timely basis.
