As long as those bolts are in good condition, there's no reason not to re-use them. Make sure the threads are clean and not distorted.
Other crtical function bolts and nuts should be replaced, but not these.

but can anyone help me find the part #.. is not listed in the honda site, and i can't find the other bolts for the housing.
