Default oil pressure.........

hey just want to know where do you guys install the oil pressure sensor when you install a oil pressure gauge???
I was try to install the oil pressure sensor (which cames with the gauge) with the stock oil warning light sensor. but the gauge shows the oil pressure only 5.x to 6.x (digital gauge) between rpm 800-2500. I think it should be wrong or it's different read???
help plz......
also where do you guys install the oil and water temp sensor???

I used a Greddy adapter block to install the oil pressure gauge sender. I drilled the stock block drain plug 1/8npt to mount the sender for the h2o temp sender.

You can't use the stock pressure sender. It only sends out a pressure/no pressure signal. You'll have to replace it with the sender that came with your new oil pressure gauge.

Be warned, several people have used a similar set up and had the adapters break, and all the oil pump out of the engine. You need to use an adapter on the oil filter or a stainless braided hose to the sender mounted away from the engine. I have never heard of your brand of gauges, I can only assume that they are gauges that read in metric, where you old gauge read in standard.
