Default Oil pressure fluctuating after relocating oil filter?

Finished up relocating my oil filter last night and it turned out really nice. Went for a drive and immediately noticed my oil pressure is now jumping around like crazy. It will fluctuate probably 30psi at a steady 55mph cruise. According to the Canton filter adapter and Improved Racing filter mount, my oil lines are correct. But, could the lines being reversed cause this? I might try swapping them around. Before this, oil pressure was nice and steady.

Oil exit port on the Canton adapter is going to the "In" on the filter mount

The "Out" on the filter mount is going to the oil return port on the Canton adapter

I'm running an NSX oil filter from Napa that was recommended from the NSX Prime forums.

I can add pics of the install if anyone is interested.

I forgot to add that my oil pressure sensor is in an oil distribution block that is fed from the OEM oil pressure sensor port. The oil distribution block has the OEM oil pressure sensor, AEM oil pressure sensor, AEM oil temp sensor, and the oil feed to the turbo. Is there a chance that moving the oil filter changes the oil pressure and volume in the stock oil pressure sensor port?

I'd check that all electrical connections to the sensor and the gauge are tight and insulated.
