Overdrive 6th Gear?
This may seem heretical to some but I would like to lower revs in 6th gear. I have driven on a road course and never got out of 4th gear. I don't intend to drive faster than 5th will take me on the street. Is there a gear set swap for the 6th gear that will drop revs by 15% or so? When I have to get from point A to B on the interstate it seems silly to zoom along at 4400 rpm when the engine has plenty of power for cruising at much lower revs.
Let me know if you do find one. My exhaust resonates with the boot at 3500-4500 rpm. Travelling at 110km/h sits me at 4000rpm. My solution at the moment? Go 125km/h, when the resonation stops
Ideally though, I'd like to drop the revs a little bit too, so I can cruise at better fuel efficiency and without the resonation.

Sunder, what exhaust are you running? I am considering replacing the stock mufflers with a single MagnaFlow, but don't want something that will deafen me on the highway.
JoeD, I don't think we have enough torque to get into the same range with the big V8s, but changing 6th from 19mph/1000 to 23 would drop revs at 80 from 4200 to 3500 which is a reduction of 17%.
