Default Overheating Radiator/water pump problems?

I have a 2002 s2000, i recently removed my engine, put it back in got it all together, and now its overheating REALLY fast. Within a mile of driving. Now, I know that my fans are not kicking on and i have no idea why, they act as if they are just overall lacking power. But isn't there a problem with the water pump too because it is over heating so fast? Please help, car is my daily driver and I cant drive it because of this issue. Its possible i have missed a wire or something somewhere, so if anyone has any suggestions of things to double-check please let me know. Anyone know how to fix problem?

bleed, rebleed, and rebleed your radiator again.
