Default OZ 17" Superleggeras

Out of frustration, I sent an email to OZ Racing inquiring about 17" Superleggeras and to my surprise they responded. They said, based on my inquiry, they now have an engineer looking into it. I sent them the numbers from the S2ki Wheel Offset FAQ (17x7.5, 52mm F; 17x8.5, 59mm R). However, their engineer is looking at 17x7, 45 F and a 17x8, 55 R. Can someone here please verify that these numbers will work? It looks possible that they will make the wheels, but I'd hate for them to miss the mark because of my technical limitations.

Thanks in advance.

S2KALI - Your request to OZ for +1 sizing in 7.5 offset / 52 mm and 8.5 offset / 59 mm is right on the money, and matches both the Mugen MF-10 and J's PR-6 wheels.
If their engineer is looking at 7 / 45 mm and 8 / 55 mm, it is for a more universal fit for many cars, not the S2000 - They will not allow full suspension travel.
It's too bad, this is a light, attractive street or track wheel with an attractive price.

4373,
Thanks for the information. I will forward to OZ Racing. I hope they'll respond with some promising results.

BB AP1,
Dude, I did a search. That's how I got the FAQ numbers. Regarding someone with 18" rims helping me, I was talking about 17" wheels. It doesn't necessarily translate.
