Default P0420 cel code (need advice)

Ok just today i got a cel for the p0420 code. I have searched and it seems i need a new cat. Ok now my car is. 2007 sos supercharged with invidia exhaust still with stock cat on with about 49100 miles. I heard honda has that 8 yr / 80000 mile warranty on this. If so can i take it in and get
it replaced underit even tho im supercharged? Any help would be appreciated

97% chance you have no chance of a cat replacement if you show up supercharged.

IMHO.

If it is not Certified Pre-Owned most likely it will not be covered under warranty.
Mine was CPO and dealer changed it on 50K miles for free.

The 06 S2000 have a TSB on the O2 sensor. The sensor will throw the code. Check with your local Honda dealer about it. My customer just got one replaced after boosting his 06.

Good luck.

Its actually from 06 - 08 from what I heard.

The sensor is expensive, figured I'd lend a hand. Doesn't hurt to try for a free $200 + sensor.
