P0421 Reset ECU required?

P0421 Reset ECU required?
Trying to get my car ready for emissions. It threw the P0421 code with a high flow cat, so I put the stock cat back on.
Question is with enough driving, will the code clear (Assuming good stock cat, which it is) or am I better off resetting the ECU and thus other timers (EVAP).
Asking as I have another week to clear the codes and get scanned for emissions and I only drive the S2K on the weekends. Any help is appreciated.
