Default painting a front bumper

ya its time to just do it:
-anything considering the preparation
-what primer to use
-what type of paint to use on the plastic, anything clear coat
-its been ,65-70 degrees lately, should i heat the garage?

Personally, something like this I would take to a body shop. But I can't paint anything with out it running or having "fisheye"s

and yes most garages have paint booths, and bake the paint when finished.

time and temp depends on the part I believe.
