the lights do work when i use turn signals/hazards.
i am getting no pwr to the parking lights when i turn them on.

Hmmm... parking lights come on with the first click. Well theres two sets of lights at the corner of the assembly. The top part is the signal light and the bottom are the parking lights, its a really small bulb.

Maybe burnt bulbs or fuse?

perhaps just check the clip/wire connection, should have been jiggled loose ect.

if its not the bulb, it must be the wiring/connection or the fuse

Sorry to bring this post back from the dead, but did you ever figure out what was causing the issue? My 03 just started to do the same thing. The drivers side parking light does not come on, but when I turn on the signal it works just fine. I just replaced the bulb and it still is not working.

Aren't the parking bulbs different than the turn signal ones? They have nothing to do with each other.
