Holy long time ago thread! I ended up having to replace the entire front crossmember, but my insurance paid for it. Ended up going with the Ricks brace.

At least you had the brace, things could have been a lot worse. This is what a pothole did to my oilpan a couple of months ago. I hate rocks

 

i was in a similar thing!! had to replace stock front brace + tranny mount. POS debris!!!!

 

Because of road debris I have destroyed the following on several different occasions:

2 Transmission mounts
2 stock rear tie bars
1 Spoon rear tie bar
1 Muz front x brace
2 Veilside Ti exhaust
1 Veilside V1 front lip
1 Veilside V1 rear lip
1 Bulletproof cf front lip (I guess it wasn't so Bulletproof was it?)
1 complete front crossmember
2 front pass fenders
That's all I can think of right now.

Damn that sucks...I bent my MUZ brace in the center hitting a rock also! It not that bad but a small dent in the middle of the bar goin up so I left it on for now. I shouldn't have a problem right? Hate rocks on the road!
