Hello

So a few days ago sitting in my car while it was running, i started flicking both my driver and passenger side window switches really fast back and forth. lol impatiently waiting on a friend.
Anyways, I noticed that my idling rev started dropping and raising along with my AFR going back and forth from green to red as i flicked up and down.
First thought was maybe i needed to change my battery? Any thoughts?
