Possible Misfire?

It wouldn't hurt to check compression. It's pretty normal for engine RPM to drop for a second after revving or coming to a stop. It's worse when hot outside. If you listen near the intakeor exhaust, you should hear popping noises if you have a legit misfire. It could just be a rough idle from dirty injectors or something. Not having a CEL leads me to believe the latter.
