power window auto problem
hehe coincidentally i have a similar problem .. yesterday morning it was fine but then in the afternoon it didnt want to do the one touch up or down .. this morning it was still broken .. but then this afternoon its fine .. but now is broken again!!!
maybe it has something to do with my battery ,, car is also having some difficulty starting up sometimes.

This happens when you take off the battery plugs. You just need to reprogram the Auto down and up of the power window. To do so, you need to first push down and keep holding the button until the window is completely down, for like 5 sec more and then the same thing for up, and keep hold after it reaches the top for another 5-10 sec. then try it. It will work. If it didn't work the first time try it few times. I don't have the manual for proper instruction but it happened to me twice and I did it by trial and error.
The procedure kaissi posted sometimes fixes this issue. However, the window regulator part is a known failure with this same symptom. I had my window regulator replaced when this problem was persistent in my car. That was 4 years ago, and I haven't had an issue since.
