Default Preload when fitting springs?

I've always thought of preload when fitting coilovers only as the spring preload is adjustable.

However searching on here i see after fitting springs it's best to preload the bushes?

So i presume i fit the springs, lower the car onto the ground, then tighten up certain bolts as they are now "preloaded" as such.

Can anyone simply tell me which of these bolts i need to leave loose then tighten up on the ground?

Cheers

It is recommended to jack up the suspension with the wheel off then tighten all the bolts you loosened to their torque specs.
