Default Pressure Bleeder Question

I've need to bleed my brakes and intend to use a pressure bleeder to do so, but just wondering where exactly should I be going in from? The resevoir or the master cylinder?

You don't need to take the reservoir off, if that's what you are asking. Just take off the brake fluid cap, hook up the pressure bleeder, and you are set.
