Assuming the dtc code checks out (primary HO2S heater circuit problem), has anyone identified a remotely reasonably priced supplier for the primary oxygen sensor?

Try : http://www.oxygensensor.net/ . I've used them in the past for Honda O2 Sensors. Plug-n-play about 1/3 of OEM cost.
