Problems removing cat
If you end up having to replace the pressed bolts go to napa for a better price, if I remember correctly honda charges 13 bucks, give or take a few $$. When I swapped out my cat I just used some S.S. grade 8 bolts along with a few locking washers. Good luck.
Update, so I took it to the shop and they could not do anything because there is a law that says a shop is not allowed to do that. You have to have a license to even touch a cat. So I got pissed and spent all afternoon soaking them in nutbuster. Then I called my friend and we spent about 3 hours trying to get them off. We had to put the wench on and use our leg strength to push the wrench. After a few tries the two that connect the cat to the header came loose. So then we tried to loosen the others. They were much harder even when soaked profusely in nutbuster. I only got one off where the cat connects to the exhaust, the other one on driver side of the cat stripped, and the top one I don't even want to mess with. So with my cat missing 3 bolts, barely hanging on.
I have decided that tomorrow I am just going to cut them off. How did you guys cut yours. Theres not much space to use a saw.

Hmm, good point, it is going to be hard to get the top one. Maybe if you get the ones off from the exhaust manifold, (the two spring bolts) you could take your exhaust off the car with the cat still on it, that way you will have full access to all the bolts. I am sure that is a pain in the a$$. Just a thought.
