Default problems with spugen big brake kit

alright, the kit is on, and everything is buttoned up. and i have no pedal pressure. i've done BB kits on other cars with no problem. i've done a search on here with no results. spugen is closed for the SEMA show, so i can't call them. can anyone shed some light as to why this kit isn't working properly, or PM me with Duc's cell number so i can call him? any help is greatly appreciated.

Why would you assume there is a problem with the kit? If you have no pedal pressure, you either have air in your lines/system or there's a hug leak somewhere which should be pretty easy to spot. If you replaced the lines and the calipers then it will take quite a while to bleed the system. Last time I put earl's lines on my it took me an hour and a half to bleed the system.

we bled it for almost 2 hours, and the air is definitely out of the lines. i don't know if it's the kit or not, but i can't think of anything else that it might be. is it possible that the master cylinder can't push the bigger kit?

Try bleading the kit with the engine running, starting from the rearest lines.

what you want to do, I have installed alot of the kits myself, I know duc, and Docof mind personally. I will do my best to explain for you... Since you have done this before you will probably understand everything that Isay. 1st... make sure that all bolts are tightened, 2nd .... make sure that you bleed the lines completely, leave the brake fluid cap off while bleading, and make sure the fluid doesnt go too low while bleeding. Hook everything back up and start up your car and see if you have pressure, if still you have no pressure then try bleeding you lines again, all 4 and make sure you folow the same procedure. That should fix your problem there .... Let me know if you need any other info or need to get in contact with someone.....
