It appears the pulls were 2.5 hrs apart.
Exactly. That is how long it takes to cool the header off and get it swapped out. Also I will post a larger version of the Dyno.

If I read that correctly, you gained 3 HP and lost 3 lbs of torque?
Yes, you are reading it wrong.

There was a MAX HP loss of 3HP and MAX Torque gain of 4. but if you look at the graph, you will see that the HP and TQ numbers are up along the whole chart. HP drops at over 7.5k and then drops off faster then the OEM header. But the gains are there in the low and mid ranges.

Did you do any sort of fuel tuning before or after?

OK, I guess I was reading it backwards then.

Interesting nice midrange gains....still hard to see the details of the dyno and when I click on the dyno it doesn't expand for me(i.e. it lists as unavailable) Is the dyno in a private gallery?

As to the top end you may not really be losing that much. Hard to see from the curves, but considering all the variables involved 3hp is probably within the statistical error of the experiment. You'd have to run many more tests to know for sure.

Still it looks like nice mid-range gains and comparable top end performance. You should convince a local MY04 owner to come in and test it. Curious what it will do with the 2.2L.

Is this still going to sell for less then $ 800.00?

If so when do you expect to have them ready?

Yes, closer to 600 then 800. At least for the first GB, and then we will see.

Click here for a larger DNYO chart Note: This one is HUGE
