Purchasing a new 2004 S2000

Since I'm not fully familiar with the AP2 engine bay, any elaboration would help!!
From what I know the mods run like this...
AEM EMS
Bored Throttle Body (is this a conversion from DBW?)
Toda Headers
Intake (AEM V2?)
Hondata IMG
Spugen Exhuast (Has blued tip - possibly titanium?)
I'm moving from a TSX and I had lots of fun tuning the suspension all the way to the fullest. I plan on keeping the S2000 as stock as possible so I will most like be parting out the ride.
My question is this... how difficult is it from here to get the stock intake manifold / throttle body on there? Also would there be any issues with the ECU just being put back to stock prior to running all the stock parts back on this car?
Now I need to look for stock headers, rims, intake, and exhuast. (he's got the brand new Enkei 18in RFP1 or something like that).
I'll save the sale post for later, but I'll enjoy the car as is for a while
the intake manifold is a PITA to take off, i took mine off myself to install the Hondata IMG, and it sucks. the throttle body is really easy, just dont break the map sensor. your ecu will be fine. the spugen exhaust is not titatium btw. what size is that bored throttle body anyways? ill buy it from you if you part it off! i would just leave the hondata IMG on if i were you, lowers the temp in the engine bay anyways..
ooo i didn't see you had the aem ems... you still have the ap2 ecu?
about the TB, if it is anything bigger then a 66mm inner diameter then whoever had it would have had to port match the intake manifold as well.

Those are some of the things I need to check out as well. I wanted to know if anyone here can verify the who the manf is on that TB.
The car will be shipped to me by next week so I'll have some time to tear everything off.
I hope the Intake Manifold is ported to match, I'll find out once the car gets in though. And I'll post in the FS section once I become a member

On replacing the stock parts, you will not have a problem finding the stock parts in general. Something like the intake manifold will be harder as they are not commonly replaced.
Header: Common one to get swapped. Rarely do they ever sell use. They are offered FS, but just not sold. Everyone already has one.
ECU: AP2 ECU are not as common as the AP1. It you can get the stock ECU from the seller. They cost 500 new and without the VIN of the car a used ECU came out of, the dealer may not be able to program the key (security feature)
TB: They sell offten.
Intake: Really common to see FS.
Exaust: OEMs are easy to find. They rarely sell when offered FS. You can most likely find one from a local owner that just wants it out of his/her garage.
Hondata Gasket: I would leave it unless it is leaking. It take forever to replace it. It is messy to replace it. It is a PIA to do.
Thanks for the input.
I actually have the Stock ECU and exhuast (though it was cut for shipping). Everything should be here next week including the car. I guess the owner wasn't an S2ki member.
I'll take close up pics later on.
