Thumbs up question...

Hey guys,

I'm sure everyone knows that feel, you know how car shakes when it is at engagement point(without press gas pedal)
I did notice this at netual/without press clutch(it happend few times), it does not happen when I'm driving tho or all the times. anyone had same issue? Sounds like clutch or tranny? I've had couple manual cars but I never had an issue like this.

Thanks

No offence.. but it looks like operator error.
No throttle = low torque = shaking & shuddering at take-off.

It could be the idle control valve but I doubt it.

Yes, he means idle air control. Take a look at your tach, are your RPM's oscillating below 1k at idle?

Yeah, I took it to dealer once. They told me it will takes about half day to look at it. I just didn't have time to drop it off. I'm just curious if anyone had an issue.

Yeah, my rpm is pretty steady.
Thanks

How did I miss that
Oh well...

Follow the links to cleaning the IAC and MAPwhack.

A weather change can cause this too.
You know, close to freezing in the morning and 17C in the afternoon.
Spring time
The ECU is constantly learning & adjusting and its best to not interfere.

How it is operator error when car is just in netural(it even happend during warmin up the car)?
Btw.. you drive to warm-up the car, not by idling.
Owner error but a different one.
