Default Question on fuel line fitting

So I'm going to remove the oem soft line from the factory hard line and the 14mm fitting is just not breaking loose. I'm just wondering if it's reverse threaded or something. I don't want to damage anything and any advice is greatly appreciated.

I searched and saw no signs of it being reverse threaded. I was using s flare wrench and soaked it in PB

Now I'm so irritated because I'm pretty sure I rounded the bolt with 2 tries... This car is just becoming an absolute hassle

I've had it soaked in PB with a towel wrapped around it for near 24hrs still no luck...

Looks like I may just cut it and replace the entire fuel line. I'm extremely picky and would rather not have a patch repair done.
