Default Question for steering/suspension guru's

I recently posted an issue i have been having with uneven return to center and slight drift to the right on both crowned and non-crowned roads.

I appears the steering wheel is a little lazy like a few degrees to the right and I think that is totally correlated with the drift. So for example, if i sling the steering wheel to the left it comes back 100% and then actually overcorrects to the right a few degrees.

I have however had my car at three different dealers and one third party alignment shop, plus another speicalist shop.

The alignment was in factory specs all three times the checks were done and I have even replaced the two front tires with stock ones. All tires have been checked numerous times for balance, pressure etc.

So at this point when I went to the third party shop, they thought it might be something in the steering box and pretty much recommended me to contact customer relations since I have had it at three different dealerships with no resolve.

I have lost some confidence from the dealerships and am thinking I may have to help play mechanic when dealing with the representative.

Some have recommended resetting the EPS, but is there other things maybe I should mention to the dealer to check besides the Rack and Steering box ?
I heard something about Steering angle sensor but I am not sure what that does

Its a strange scenario and I really am rather clueless. I even drove another 2007 S and it returned to center perfectly from both sides.

Im trying to push to get a representative to come out, but I want to also ask some questions to see exactly what has been checked as well.

If one were diagnosing my problem, what might be something else to look at that could easily get overlooked ?

Thanks,

Right pull is caused by low right caster, or high left caster. ask for the specs.

Check your tire psi and be sure they are even before you go nuts.

I have the specs.

My right Caster is 6.1 and left is 5.9 which should bemore than enough, and tire pressures is 32 psi on all fours.

It is definitely something else I'm just surprised they can't find it yet its noticeable when you drive the car.

Thanks,

There is no excuse for having the castor different. Your shop is weak. Recenter using the info in the first post on the top of the page.

07 bushings should be good. So I would suspect a bent arm.

Well...What bushings could cause such a problem? I have all original '00 bushings aside from the compliance bushings I just had installed. (Mugen lower rear control arm bushings)

What could I not be seeing?
