My 2004 S2K is throwing a P0108. While checking power to the MAP sensor I noticed the cable is reading 3.57V. The cable ground is showing 0.272 resistance. Are these normal values?

The video I watched on testing MAP sensors showed around 4.67V on the guy's S2K. Mine's quite a bit lower. My battery tests fine, though, around 12.5V. I topped it overnight to be sure and the cable reading is the same. Chassis grounds are tight but dirty. P0108 is the only code in the system.
