Thumbs up quick question

i think i might have cross threaded the stupid bolts on my cat installing my new exhaust, like the impartient kid i am. i was wondering if these bolts are welded to the cat flange. or if they will come off With a hammer so i can replace them. i tried torquing the piss out of them but they wont come off its only 2 stubborn bolts.

ps i had some trouble hand screwing the bolts down when installing the ehaust and had to start using a wrench only halfway down the thread so maybe they were damaged before. or maybe im just really impatient

They are pressed in. So you can buy the bolt and replace them if needed.
