Quick question about checking tire pressures

Default Quick question about checking tire pressures

I want 32psi in all my tires, as per oem specs. Should this be the pressure while the tires are warm or when cold? In other words, do you typically check tire pressures before they have heated up from driving, or after?

when cold. if warm add 3psi, i believe..
