Default Racingcraft Parts?

I went to check out some J's Racing parts from Racingcraft, but they don't exist anymore, but I did find ATS. Is it the same company???
their website sure looks like the old racingcraft.com one and they are in NY as well. Can someone shed some light on this. I've seen some old postings but no response.

I don't know if they're the same but I do know a board member (dxlst) who purchases his J's parts from ATS...so they are legit.

Yasu, who owned Racing Craft, opened up a new gig - ATS.

I must also give Yasu props. All vendors should take lessons from him on customer service. I will give him my business again when it's time to order the J's gears (either 4.44 or 4.77).
