Default Radiator Fan Problem

Ok the fans kick on when the AC is on, and the fans kick on when I jump the fan switch line, and the fans kick on when I jump the Relays, but the Fan wont come on when I have it pluggen into the Fan switch? Why is that. Also I tried to plug in the fan switch to the Plug and heat it up with a heat gun to see if that temp would get it hot enough to start up the fans, but no go on that either. I then tried to replace the fan switch and try all the methods again, but still no go.. Someone HELP.

Thanks in Advance

Is the car stock, or are you using a EMS?

The tests you've done has isolated the problem to the fan switch or its ability to sense the coolant temp.

Using a heat gun on the outside of the fan switch may not be adequate to make the switch trip. The tip of the switch must reach at least 196 degrees. Testing it would require you drain the rad. Remove the switch and put the tip in boiling water. Then check for continuity between the two terminals.

You say you've put in a known good fan switch, so does this mean that you took the old one out and put a new one in? You actually drained the rad and filled it up again to do this? When you had each switch in your hand, did you confirm by the above test that they were OK?

Let's assume for the moment that the switches are OK. Something is wrong with the cooling system. It's not getting hot coolant to flow past the fan switch. You need to check why.
How's the coolant level?
Is the water pump working?
Is the thermostat opening?
Is the system bled properly? Was there work done to the cooling system lately?
