Make your own. Out of any foiled bubblewrap stuff - like a windshield sun shade. You can get big rolls of the stuff at home improvement stores too.

Detailed how-to isn't really necessary.. is it?
You need the bubble wrap, double-sided tape, alu coated tape, scissors and maybe some cardboard to make a template.
That's about it.
