Raising Compression with Spoon Head Gasket

Ok, so I have been searching but I swear I can't find anything...so I'm sorry this is an age old question.

Are there any noticeable gains from getting the spoon head gasket?

im sure u will feel a difference, 11.1 and 11.5 compression.

I would think so. Can it be run on an otherwise stock engine?

yes, but thinner headgaskets especially on b series motors will leak after awhile, but not sure on an s2k, they dont last as long as oem ones.
