Default Random miss fire

i have been having this problem for a lil while now. the car will throw a random miss fire code when you are at WOT. if you start from first you can go through first then to second but mid way through second it throws the random miss fire code. it will go into limp mode(can't go past 3K) you turn the car off then turn it back on and you can drive it fine. but once you try to go WOT it will throws it back into limp mode with a CEL. i have basic bolt ons. i have tried a couple of things
1. change the plugs
2. change the ingectors
3. change the coil packs
4. change the fuel pump
i haven't tried the ECU but you can't just take another ecu from a S2k and put it in unless there is a way around it? not sure. any help would be great. i hate not being able to drive the car the way i want too. can't injoy v-tec. thanks guys
oh the car is a 2000 with 89k.

did you remove the valve cover and inspect your retainers and valve clearance? I would do that it might be a ticking time bomb.

what ground wire? and yea i have check the valves. i am thinking it might be the fpr is that a possible. i talked to one of the local techs here he told me that a egr valve could cause a random misfire. is that true? is there anyone in hampton roads area that has a computer that i can try out. also i know that nody will tell you how to bypass the immbloizer but that would help so i can try to see if it is the computer. if someone would pm me. on how to do it or call me and kinda walk me through it.
