random multiple cylinder misfires?
So I bought a Blue Driver OBD2 reader and I'm coming up with a P0300 code, random cylinder misfires, along with 1,3,4 cylinder misfires. I do not want to just start throwing parts on this guy. No other codes detected. Yes I could replace plugs or coils , or is there something else to look into first? The BD says vacuum leaks, low fuel pressure, or a bad battery could also cause the misfires.. where's the best place for me to start?
EDIT TO ADD: It also seems like this happens after putting gas in, coincidence, or no?
Thanks.

Are you actually experiencing a misfire or were you just messing with the code reader and it showed up?
I ask because the only time I put a code reader on my '06 I magically ended up with the CEL on and it took several tries to turn it back off -- yeah, I was just playing with the code reader out of curiosity. If it ain't broke don't fix it. This was 5 years ago with an Innova 3150RS OBD2 Scanner. Only used this reader once since then and that was to reset the CEL on my Ford Expedition so I wouldn't have the yellow light on the dashboard while Ford took several months to replace one of the catalytic converters.
P0300 code should have a secondary code specifying the cylinder.

As I said the car always seems to be running fine, although I do sometimes feel a stumble prior to the light coming on.
Since I bought this car, I've had a CEL come up a couple times, first time I went to an Oriley's and had them read it and it said a P0301 , random misfire cylinder one. I had him turn it off. since then, I've had the CEL come on a couple more times, as always, the car seems to be running fine when they came on, so I turned them off. so, when the last one came on, I decided to get the reader. when I checked it said, 1 confirmed code of P0301, and 4 pending codes, P0301 Cyl 1 misfire, P0304 cly 4, P0303 cyl 3, and P0300 random multiple cylinder misfire.
