Rattling/Ticking on Start Up

Rattling/Ticking on Start Up
I did a few searches but didn't come up with any inclinations.
On start up, I'm hearing a ticking/rattling that almost sounds like a heat shield until you pop the hood, then the sound appears to be coming from the front of the engine. It always goes away fairly quickly (5-15 seconds) and doesn't always happen. If I rev the engine to 2-3k rpm, the sound appears to go away immediately. I haven't noticed it while driving. The timing chain tensioner was replaced under warranty by the previous owner, because the car was purchased honda certified. The car is a MY02 with 82k miles.
