Default really cheap muffler mod

has anyone here heard about drilling holes in the stock muffler? its actually illegal i think. but anyways my cusin tryed this with his stock exhast before he put a after market one on his supra. its pretty cool if your gehtto and have no money. it might seem stupid to others though. i dont think i does ajnything at all performance wise but it sound gangsta. you should try this if you have spare time and you are bored. and if you have a bs car laying a round or a extra muffler set laying around. lol just thought i would share.

I think our cars are loud enough as is. On a side note, I did a form of this "mufflerectomy" on my motorcycle. It did make it a lot louder, but is very bush league IMO.
