Default Rear break problem

I put new rear breaks on my 00 s2k because it was starting to make a squeeky noise so I replaced an them and while my old breaks where making noise they had damaged my disc so I resurfaced them. Now I put the new rear break and now the rear break pad from the back on the passenger side won't sit flat like all the other ones an it's causin it to make a screeching noise again anyone had this problem before or would know how to fix it?

There is a tab in the back you need to align.

there are slots in the caliper piston. they need to align with the tab on the backing plate of the brake pad.
