Default rear differential/axle bolt

Greetings.

I replaced my axles with 2 "Honda S2000 level 2.9 550HP axles" that i ordered from http://www.laskeyracing.com/shop/axles.htm.

After causually driving today; i heard a pop sound. I pulled over and it appears the right axle has disconnected itself from the differental. After taking a trip back to my house; i found 1 of the bolts that go on the axle/rear in the area where my s2k is parked, it seems to have came off.. after asking my honda specialist, he seems to think we need locking bolts to prevent them from coming off.

I was curious to know if there was another approach; i do not want to cause any damage to my vehicle at this point.. I was dumbfounded to how the bolt(s) came off.. They were hand tightened..

PS. I busted my rear about a month ago, and i tore the axles to hell in the process, so these were purchased for a little extra stability when i decide to install turbo into it..

If those (OEM) bolts are properly tightened, they will not come loose.

They were not tight enough plain and simple.
