Default Rear End

I was wondering if anyone had any advice about what to get to beaf up the rear end. What aftermarket lsd and rears have people done and what kinda of horsepower they are supporting. I have a turbo application making around 400hp my turbo maxes out at 450 it is a 50trim with stage 3 wheel and 63ar. So my rear doesn't have to support anymore then that. There was some talk of doing a ford 9 inch I know miatas use the 8.8 and they work great. Anyone?

Try a search and you'll find loads of stuff, saying that a guy called Elaug in the Aus forums is currently putting a Skyline R33 rear end in & needless to say I'm watching it closely.
