Default Rear End Clicking

Hi, I have an enfamous sound. I hear rear clicking coming from the rear end. Clicking comes from any wieght transition from front to back. So, stopping at a light or taking off, sometimes if i shift a tad bit rough.
The first and second assumption was Rear axle Nuts. I took the OEM off and put new set on. Torqued down to 220lbs and it stopped the clicking.
Unfortunaantly, a couple weeks later, The clicking slightly comes back. It gets worse as time goes on.
I am stumped because the Nut is a temporary fix but the clicking comes back. Anyone have an idea of what it could possibly be?

did you make sure to choke the axle nuts to they don't spin off and get loose again?

also, when you crank them down to 220ft lbs, make sure you completely remove the nuts first and put a little grease on the back of them... not the threads! just the part of the nut that meets the hub.

Try that. I had the same problem a few weeks ago that just came out of the blue I have no idea what from. I re-torqued and greased and the driver side moved 1/3rd of a turn further and the passenger about 1/5th further.
