I've recently noticed a little bit of rear end gear whine when I'm decelerating, but I can only hear it when in third gear and decelerating around 3000-3200 RPMs.. I can't hear anything at any other RPMs or during acceleration. Is this normal? Has this been happening for years and I just didn't notice it?

 

I just noticeds a decel whine from my rear end also.

if so what fluid did you use?
