Recent S2000 ECU thread at Hondadata
If you guys are interested in a Hondata system, here is what you need to do:
1. DO NOT call them. They are busy enough as it is.
2. DO send them a polite email. Tell them who you are (s2000 owner, etc.) and express your interest in a Hondata ECU for our car.
3. Thank them for taking the time to read your email and consider your request.
Hondata _can_ do an ECU. There are still many questions about cost, overall capability, etc. but it can be done. So if you are interested, drop them a line, but don't bug them otherwise.

Well I sent Hondata a nice email. I would love to get something rolling on this car. If people using a VAFC have been having pretty decent success, I'm sure Hondata could show us some really nice gains.

There's definitely demand in the sense that people are buying V-AFC units, Greddy eManage and other units that aren't necessarily FI but want to optimize the fuel/timing curves with their NA mods.
Even though the overall market is still smaller compared to other Honda/Acura models, it's definitely there.

If it can be tuned to run on 91 octane, that would be ideal.
Anyhow, an email is going out to them right after this post.

Hell they aren't even working on it.
