Default Removing the stock airbox

I'm trying to remove the stock airbox to install an FIPK but I can't even get one of the bolts off! I'm starting to strip the bolt and the socket is getting torn up...anyone have any suggestions? The car is 9 years old, could it be rust?

Also, the front and rear bolt are easy to find, but where's the third?

spray some liquid wrench on it first and use a 6 point socket instead of a 12 point

and the third bolt is on the side near the resonator right under the air pump hose. You gonna have to move it to the side alittle while using a long extension.
