Removing TPS sensor

Default Removing TPS sensor

How do I pop my TPS sensor out of my Throttle body?

According to the Helm manual, this is not to be done. If the TP sensor needs replacing, you replace the whole throttle body.

I poped it out no problem. I needed to remove it for my new TB

So why'd you need to ask?
Let us know if it works. Honda must have had a reason for not swapping sensors.

X, it does work. The issue is that Honda rivets them in place and the TPS has a max min voltage. If you re-install the TPS sensor on another TB, you will need to re-calibrate this max min voltage.

Yea all we did was cut a slash into the rivet and took a flat head to get it out.....
