im gonna try to repair my front lip this weekend , is there any DIY to fix this problem, and what type of epoxy or bondo that i need to get.

 

I melt fine stainless steal mesh into the plastic over the crack with about 10mm overlap each side with a heat iron, melt it a couple of mm inside the plastic, then finish with fine filler.

Any type of filler, glue, fibreglass will crack again in no time
