Default Replaced Starter cause misalignment?

I took my baby into the Honda dealership to find out why it was shreiking when I started it up cold. They ended up replacing the starter. Got it back and driving down the highway, the alignment is so far off that I swerve when I shift or throw on the brakes. The faster I'm going, the more control I lose on shifting or braking.

Could this possibly be a result of having replaced the starter???

No. Unless they did something really odd or stupid. You should go check your tire pressures.

You don't touch anything that will effect the alignment to replace a stater.
