Default Replacement Radiator

Will somebody please give me some info on a good aftermarket radiator for my 2000 S-2000? Anyone heard anything about the Mizu brand? Thanks for your help.

You can't go wrong with Koyo, nice rad for relatively low cost, full aluminum so it won't ever crack like the oem units will do.

I do know about Koyo quality and it's the only radiator to buy IMHO. I have been in Quality Assurance for 40 years by the way and know the Koyo very well. If this owner had bought from an authorized dealer there would be no discussion. Their warranty is pretty straight forward and there is a reason for it. Sorry this owner bought from a grey source and found out what China is all about. There are 2 items immediately obvious as knock off in the video. If you go Mishi the rule applies double. Pony up and buy from someone you know or is a board sponsor. I like Evasive but others carry units as well. Buyer be aware (et caveat emptor).

My OEM top plastic tank cracked, so I need a replacement. My car is all stock. Figure best to go with all aluminium so no more plastic tank cracks. Unfortunately price is a major concern right now. I bought an OPL from Amazon ($130)and the top right fan bolt holes didn't line up. So, now I have to send that back and get another. Looking at Mizu, Mishimoto or Full Blown. Which do you guys think is best?

The plastic tank cracked on my OEM radiator as well. They make replacement lastic tanks that are a direct fit. He flushed out the radiator and mended on the new plastic tank. $80

How far off is the hole? You may be able to make a small bracket between the current fan hole and the actual fan and get it to work.

Something like this, but it would only work for a fully offset hole.

Fullblown radiator is a nice piece. Can't really go wrong with Koyo either. I had a Mishimoto radiator in my old GST and loved it. I've heard people having trouble with their caps now a days though. I plan on getting the Fullblown unit when I upgrade.
